This looks like it is being deployed by jotform, I want this off right away, it's killing my form conversion and has cost us thousands of dollars.
I just put on a VPN on an incognito browser and got it again:
I'll be looking for a refund on our account and going elsewhere if this new 'feature' or 'service' isn't removed. I'm quite frustrated this was even implemented in the first place, it's not your place to decide whether it should be on there Jotform..

Thanks, it's multiple forms that are being effected by this, I would prefer my entire account / forms not have this. We're not high volume and if we see spam issues I'll implement a captcha myself.

Hello,
We have inspected your account and saw that you have enabled to show captcha on submitting form. Can you disable that and check again? If the issue persists please let us know.

YIKES! Sorry team, I totally missed the 'show more' option under settings, that was the trick, thank you for your help.
