Still trying to downgrade my account.

    Please send me a phone number to contact someone to downgrade my account - I feel that I am getting the run around. My next step is to cancel my account and credit card. There needs to be a more clear process to downgrade an account temporarily - there is a BIG button to upgrade. Plimus sent me an e-mail, but it was not able to help.
