    It will not let me just type in the "sender name"

    When trying to set up the email alerts, it will not allow me to type in the "sender's name" anymore. I can only select from a drop down which has fields from my form but not all of them. None of the options from the dropdown match what I need.

    I has to be selected from the fields given on your form. Upon checking in your last form edit,Customer Requesting Callback Email Form , I see that you can select "Customer´s Name":

    If that is not the form or the field you would like to have there, please provide us with more details of what you need.

    Thank you for your response, but no this is not what I need to be in that
    field. I would like to have either the name of our company (SICOM) or, the
    "tech's name" be the "sender's name".

    Hi Heather,

    You cannot use a custom Sender Name in the Form Notification Email (Setting Up Email Notifications) settings. You can only select a field from your form. Usually, that could be the Full Name field.

    Custom Sender Name is only possible in the Autoresponder Email (Setting Up Form Autoresponder). The email that your users will receive after they submit to your form.

    I understand. The only issue I'm having then is that the "tech's name"
    field is not an option even though it is one of the field on my form.

    Hi,

    When you say "tech's name" are you refering to the field labeled as "Name of who we spoke to"? I coudl not find a field the exact label "tech's name" in your form.

    I was able to find and select the field "Name of who we spoke to" from the dropdown menu in the Notification settings: 

    Please inform us if the issue still persists from your side or if the "tech's name" field is somewhere else we have missed.

    Do try adding this field to the Email Notification at this time, as I am able to see this option on the Email Alert Settings.
