How can I make my form only submit with a special security code?

I am designing a website for my friend's wedding and I was using JotForm to create the RSVP. We are aware that when the site goes live there is a potential for malicious submissions, spam and such, so we've agreed on including a "code" with paper invites. The code functions in keeping out responses by those who haven't actually been invited to the wedding.

My question is is there a way to use JotForms to accomplish this?

Unfortunately, JotForm does not have a password-protect feature at the moment.

You may want to do another approach for this by using Conditionals to hide all the fields when the right code is entered on a textbox.

Please refer to my colleague's suggestion on this thread on how to do it.
