I need to add fees into form totals

Asked by andrewsalumni on February 17, 2014 at 09:26 PM

I have an invoice payment form.

However, i need to add a calculation for fees into the total that would be charged on the form.

For example if client says the total he/she needs to pay is 600 i need to auto add the .029 + .30 cents that stripe charges..

I have bene trying to use full source code and then running a custom Javascript on the page but Jotform code has soo much script in it i'm not sure which one is causing the problems with total calculations.

Can anyone share how they go about dealing with auto calculation for fees.. is there anything that JotForm support can share with regards to this?

I can't really understand why this is not an included feature yet.. as some of the threads talked about this back in 2012

Unfortunately, we do not have that feature available on the Stripe payment tool as of this time. The only way to achieved that is to use your form source code and inject custom script that would auto-add extra payments on the defined user payment. I will try to help you with the custom script, can you please confirm if this is the form in question? http://www.jotform.co/form/32585067256864
