Having trouble importing my form data from a website, any ideas?

I am using a current version of Firefox and I'm experiencing a few technical issues with the site. It appears on further inspection that importing the form is not the only issue. For the most part as I try to navigate the jotform.us and jotformeu sites I am meeting unpopulated fields and buttons which do not function. If I click on My Forms, for example, the only area which populates is "Create Form" button, and "Sort" Dropdown. The rest of the screen remains white with black borders.
Are there settings which are required to be active in Firefox which might be the source of this issue?
The steps I have taken so far have been to update Firefox, clear the browser cache and to power cycle the PC. I am uncertain what to do from here.

It appears I misunderstood your request - apologies.
Yes, sometimes our CDN has trouble delivering content to some locations due to:
1. Network Proxy limitations
2. Breaking connections
Are you able to import the form by loggin in through https://jotform.us/login ?
Also, the form might be locked by the owner, and you would not be able to import it - Please share the URL so that we can take a look.

The Form Template appears to be http://jotform.us/form/40118578240148
What might I be able to do about network proxy limitations or broken connections? This site appears to be the only one behaving this way for me at the moment. On the other hand, no one I work with is having trouble with the site, so if there are some browser settings that must be en/dis-abled, that may make a difference?
Is the correct pathing within the site:
1) My Forms
2) Create Form
3) Import Form
Once I select My Forms there is only blank space with the Create Form button visible

To avoid network-related issues, you may want to try other ways of internet access - like at your favorite coffee spot etc - its just a workaround - since its hard to reproduce what you are experienceing.
Did the login URL I provided resolve the issue?

Concerning the form you want to import -
Yes, that is the correct path to import a form.
There are currently no restrictions not to copy the link you provided, so you should be able to import it into your account.
I was able to import it to my account - please try importing it from http://myjotform.com/form/40482462791559?
