I can not figure out why only some of the notification emails come through. I'm nor in the habit of chekcing the jotform website daily to see how my registrations are stacking up. Is there any chance it is a glitch on your end or do you think it is more likely an email filter or such. I do not have my email on auto-delete for junk mail and since the email is coming from jotfor, and I do get some of them, I can't figure out how come I don't get them all?

I checked our mail server logs and found no information about any message sending failure. The logs indicate that the email messages were sent successfully so definitely, there is not a glitch of any kind on our end.
I tried logging in to your account and noticed that you have a form with Paypal payment integrated to it. I went to the form's submissions page and found two submissions marked as pending. Are these the submissions that you did not receive emails for?
As you may not know yet, submissions are marked as pending when the user who filled out the form does not complete the payment or just closes the Paypal payment page. In a pending submission, no email notification is sent because they do not count as valid submissions.
You can either complete the submission or delete them. Completing the pending submission just adds it to your list of submissions but will have no effect with the payment in any way.
If your expected notification mails for pending submisisons aren't what you were talking about, then the problem might be cause by something else.
Try adding these domains and ip address to your mail server whitelist
