I am having the opposite problem.

    I am having the opposite problem. When I change this setting to enabled it does not keep this setting saved. It keeps changing to undefined. I have changed my e-mail to use the default so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. ANy help would be appreciated.

    It appears your setting were delivered to your form:

    Please try the following:

    1. Log out of your Jotform account

    2. Clear your browser cache

    3. Log back in - Are the changes reflected as you wanted?

    I am having this problem. I have logged out, cleared the cache, logged back in, created a clean notifier and it STILL comes up as undefined every time i leave the page and come back in. Any solutions?
