Trying to create a facebook link to form in an html tabAsked by cportigal on February 18, 2014 at 09:51 AM
I get the error:
You should change the following urls to begin with https:// instead of http://, or some browsers will not propery display your content:http://form.jotform.us/form/40483253941151
Is there a way around it?
You are receiving that error because you are using the non-secure mode of your form (http://www) as stated by the message. To correctly show your form in Facebook page you have to change the form to secure mode, you can auto-convert the code to secure mode by checking the Secure form box in the Embed From wizard:
Then you can get the code to embed it to your facebook tab and it should display correctly. You find this same instruction in this guide: Adding form to facebook
Please notice that using the Secure (https://) mode of your form will consume the 10 SSL Submissions limit per month as free user you have. Once you reach or exceed that limit your form will be temporary disabled until the submission counter reset to zero.
So, if think you will receive more than 10 SSL submissions per month you may consider to upgrade to a paid plan which give you more benefits. You can find our plans in our PRICING page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
Inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.
Thanks, easy fix! Just what I needed
