Like Sign-up Genius can users see who has already signed up to attend an event? If so, how?

Asked by Linda  on February 18, 2014 at 11:06 AM

We want to use jotform to have church members sign up to attend an event.  I am familiar with Sign-Up Genius, but not Jotform.  I like how you can see who has already signed up for an event and wondered if Jotform has the same capability.

Also, can I update the attendees to add people who have signed up and paid for the event offline?

    thanks!

    JotForm offline thanks same

    Hi Linda,

Sign-Up Genius has a lot of form structure/template to choose from and as far as I could see, there's some functions from them that Jotform doesn't have but we always help for workarounds.

I can present you the following method:

Reservation App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/reservation_form. Unfortunately, this app has a limitation. You can only create a form with phone, name and date field.

Also, can I update the attendees to add people who have signed up and paid for the event offline?

-You can access your form submissions and edit the data from there. Unfortunately, this needs to have an internet access. We do not have an offline access function.

-We also have a feature that you can use to let submitters edit their entry at a later date. Check this guide: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date

    Thanks
