New FROM on email submission notices?

I received 2 email notifications of submissions to one of my forms over the weekend.  In both cases the subject line was correct, but the sender was shown as =?UTF-8?B??=

Previously (as recently as 1/15/14) I received email notifications of submissions (to a adifferent form) with the sender shown as JotForm.

Is there something I missed in programming on my latest form, or did something change at your end?  The =?UTF-8?B???= is very weird - and made me think it was spam and almost trashed the message.

After looking at the Email Alert on the form embedded on the URL you posted above. I do see it is missing the Sender Name:

Kindly add a Sender Name to the Email Alert. And perform a test submission.

Do let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

    Hi,

For some reasons, your response came out empty. Can you please post it again using the link bellow?
