Im starting a business hosting wine/paint events and I'm looking for a calendar style form that people can see the information/art being painted on a given night (calendar) and then click on the date and will take you to a registration form.
Do you have something like this?

Hi Teresa and thank you kindly for your interest in JotForm. To my knowledge we don't have an exact way to do this but I believe it could probably be implemented. I think I sort of understand what you mean but I'm not 100% sure so I believe that it may be necessary to collaborate with you on this to better to figure out something more to that effect.
I think we could probably make this using our big calendar widget and you can float an image behind it on the form using some injected custom css or something of that sort. Alternatively, there are also several image slider widgets or other image tools. The form could then redirect or use some conditions to display the registration information.
Would this be something that might interest you maybe? If not then do you happen to know of any examples that you might be able to provide us with and we could see if we can work with it more?

this is as I can see not related to Jotform services
because what you need is a calendar like landing page for your visiting users
I think that this https://www.immunology.org/page.aspx?pid=1219 is what you want to achive ?
or even better this: http://www.visithuntly.net/events/
If the answer is yes then you must look for the web designer/developer to do it for you !

Something like this : http://sites.cimplebox.com/events/calendar.aspx?s=4098&c=2323
where people can click on an event and then be directed to a registration form.

Thank you for your input.
As suggested @Datasphere it is better to use some calendar product in your case. For example, you can create a calendar with links to your registration forms through http://www.localendar.com, and then embed created report to your web page.

Thank you very much Mike_T and Datasphere for your suggestions! I will definitely check out the localendar.com link.

I have the calendar set up which is perfect--now how do I attach a registration form to the event. So if I chose Feb 21st event, it will take me to a pop up window with information, which what I would like is when I select the event date it will take me directly to one of the Jotform forms, how do I do that?

Please don`t mention it Teresa,
It was a pleasure helping fellow Jotform user!
About your second question: you can link the calendar date directly to your form
Just insert the form in a appropriate page on your website, or ask your web developer to do that
then link the calendar dates to your form.
Have you made your registration form yet ?

Datasphere--Thank you again! I haven't finished the form yet, but will finish it a little later today. I'll try and figure out how to link the dates to my form. I'm using IPage....are you familiar with it?
