It was not made clear when you select the secure form option in "embed" that you are limited to 10 submissions.
My problem now, is that as soon as I got the warning I changed to the non-secure form. But now I am getting warnings that I have run out of my "10" submissions and that my form is going to be disabled. I have already replaced the form. Why is this happening?
I need to be sure that the form is not going to disable. My client (with any kind of payment information) is out of town this week, and I have no way to resolve this.
Currently the form is still enabled, but I have had them disable automatically before which provides a real crappy user experience.
Could you please get back to me on preventing the form from disabling?
Also, your customers should be informed when they check the "secure form" checkbox that the limits are drastically lower for a free account. You can still get converts to paying customers through great customer service. ;)

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 10 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now removed from the downgrade. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account.
You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts. Please share your web page URL where you have embed your form and we will take a look. Are you sure that someone is not using your form's direct URL (SSL) to send submissions?

There is only one place to use the form, and I had installed the secure form the first go around and and confirmed that the non-secure form is now embedded. There are no other ways, (published) to get to the form.
There should be no SSL submissions from here on out. Thank you for resetting the counter and removing us from downgrade.
