JotForm Tables > Share Table > shared forms are not listed under SHARED WITH ME section for invited users

    Other users were able to see the shared tables in their 'shared with me' folder and now its gone.

    Greetings,

    As I understand, the users accessed JotForm submissions via shared Google spreadsheet files on Google Drive, from the Shared with me section. Note that sharing those Google Sheets files are not related to the JotForm and you can log into your Google account, access the Google Sheets page, and share the desired file from the spreadsheet file itself.

    If you want to find the spreadsheet file generated from your form submissions, you can simply check your Google Sheets integration on the form by following this guide below:

    Hi, Thanks for your response. I am not referring to Google sheets or any
    third party tools.
    The results of the forms will load into a jotform table. I will then share
    access of this table with other users.
    The other user logs into jotform, goes to “tables” then clicks “tables
    shared with me”
    It should show the shared table, which it has been for many months, but all
    of a sudden today we noticed it was gone.
    Other users can still access the table through a link. But can’t see it in
    the “shared with me” section.

    I've checked and was able to replicate the issue: shared JotForm Tables are accessible via a link, however, they are not listed under the SHARED WITH ME section.

    I've escalated the issue to our developers to investigate it further. You will be updated via this ticket once the issue is fixed. Meanwhile, you may provide the users a direct link to the JotForm Tables.
