Sub-Account organize folders

    Hello JotForm Support,

    Can a Sub-Account setup folders to organize forms? If so, please provide instructions.

    Sorry but shared forms cannot be moved to different folders. Basically, shared forms are placed on the sharer's account folder that is generated by the system so they are already organized. However, forms created within the sub-user account can be moved to any of the sharer's folder. You can find it out when you test it by sharing forms to another account. Follow this guide:
