Google spreadsheet in JotForm using ImportRange function

    I have a few questions. I currently use the Google drive feature to capture info imputed from my jotform. In the spreadsheet made from jotform , I rearrange the columns around will the info still go in the right field.


    Basically what I need is to get the info from my spreadsheet that is generated from jotform on the spreadsheet on to another sheet which our warehouse fulfills our orders. I have made it where the info gets transferred right now using =importrange feature when they edit it, it messes the whole sheet. up.



    What I'm asking is if you have any suggestions on how I get the info from the Google Drive Spreadsheet that jotform has made on to another sheet automatically and where I can have that sheet edited without effecting the spreadsheet since its an importedrange.

    What you can probably do before you do the importRange process is to have another copy of the JotForm spreadsheet and execute the importRange function using the copy only. This way the original data source (Jotform spreadsheet) will always be safe and never modified.

    Another method you can try is using import range Key (documentation). I think this method will not touch the internal content of the spreadsheet when it does the import process. So it should not mess up the JotForm spreadsheet.
