Regarding the print issue, I was not able to replicate it when I tried to click the Print button of your form. Just a friendly tip, please ensure that all of the pages are being printed as shown below:
With regards to changing the email address of your notifications, you can go to the Setup & Embed tab of the toolbar and click Email Alerts. Then click the Notification that you've set up.
Then click Reply-To and Recipient Settings button.
Enter the new email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, finally, click Finish.
