Cannot access "my forms"

    Ive signed in and out and used another browser but cannot access the link "my forms" or see a list of my forms. Are there issues with the server at the moment ?

    I, too, am also having this problem



    I had already tried restarting my browser (Firefox) and clearing the cache but this didn't make any difference.  Was able to access my forms using a different browser (Chrome) though.

    After also clearing my complete history and the cache again on Firefox I was able to access my forms.

    We have had a few customers tell us that the forms weren't working for them but haven't yet ascertained which browsers they were using to suggest this is only a browser issue.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    We do not have any server issue and upon checking, I was not able to replicate the problem you are having. I was able to see the complete list of your forms. Please see the screenshot below:

    It could be a browser related issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache already? Clearing browser cache should solve your problem. The following guide should help you:'s-Cache

    If the issue persists, you may like to reset your router and see if that helps you.
