Hi
I am not certain but probably not because for a login you would need a database related to login process and remembering the username and password and on the Jotform forms you can do something else, but you can have Jotform paid subscription plan and use Jotform magnificent front page forms design and mix it with some PHP for logging in to the webpage.

Hello AssistantAcademy,
Unfortunately no. Please be noted that we do not support any sort of login forms. Our form builder is not designed to create authentication forms and it does not have a password field anymore.
We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. Creating such form will trigger our phishing filter and there could be a higher chance that your account will be suspended. We do not recommend to create any login forms.
Thank you!
