I use your form builder to provide me with a booking enquiry form on my website. To me I can see the enquiry form quite clearly on the page, however, I have had quite a few incidents of late, where my form can not be seen by my customers and I receive an email stating that all they can see is a blank page (where the html clipit lies).
Is there something I should do to prevent this?
Is this an error depending upon the persons browser?
I'd appreciate your help. Thank you

Hi Mr. Martin,
It seems that you are using the form's source code embed in your website http://casasolomie.com/#/subformbookings/4543799494 . It is possible that the embeded code is not updated anymore and will require that the form to re-embedded again to update.
Can you please tell us the reason for the need to embed the form using its source code?
I also suggest you try re-embedding the form using its iframe code and observe further if you will still have users having issue of not being able to see the form.
