I have two companies linked to Jotform, however I had someone in the IT department to set me up with JotForm so I need to know whether the two different companies are under the same account or whether there are two seperate accounts? I also received an e-mail saying that I had exceeded my SSL submissions - what is the difference between an SSL submission and a normal submission?

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) submission is a type of submission that uses an encrypted protocol for transmitting messages from the web browser to the web server. This uses a certificate that only the web user's browser and the server can understand, so transmission from browser to server will be encrypted and that hackers will not be able to sniff information you are sending.
In free JotForm account, you are entitled to receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissionsevery month. If any of these limits are reached, your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit your form. To enable your forms again you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of the following month when the submission counters are reset.
I was unable to find any other account of yours. Your account with username "tonyferguson" has two forms i.e. "MetS Care" and "Tony Ferguson". Does these two form are related to your two company or you are still missing some account. Do get back to us and we will take a look.

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason you have received the warning email. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 10 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
