I have in my jot form 3 tickets - is it possible to set the form that at least one has to be selected before finishing the registration process?!
At the moment I see that I can select the individual ticket as "must" but is if the participants wants another one? Ist it possible to set at least one of the three must be selected!!

Hello,
Looking at the form now, it seems like you already solved this yourself!
Setting it to only being able to select one product, and making one product selected by default makes it so that the user would be unable to deselect the product. And that's what it looks like you did already.
You could also set a minimum order amount, but I think your current solution is better for this particular form.

Thank you - yes I think I did find a roundabout.
Now the system just has to send out the email to theparticipant - which it currently docent do.... I only get the autoresponder but not the email confirmation with the pdf attachment...

Hello,
For each email you set up, you also need to enable the PDF Attachment.
Which might have been disabled on one of your emails previously. But I see that you're currently making changes to the emails.
The Autoresponder should send an email to the user submitting on your form, to the email field. (And for your form, it would depend on the language selected as well, as you set that up with the conditions)
And the Notification should send an email to you.
Please let us know if it still doesn't send an email or if the PDF attachment is missing after you've set it up now.

Nothing is disabled- Did erase all emails and started new - now i got them in english and german - with attachment all set - but I do NOT get the confirmation with attachment send to the clients email address I use for example horst.bauer@mail.de - why isn't it send? And why does it show the wrong Thank you page even so I did set a individual text if select language then...

Please enable PDF attachment in your notification email.
Go to Settings>Emails>Advance >PDF attachment
Let us know how it goes.
