Receipt for Upgrade to Silver Package

    We have upgraded to the silver package. Could I please receive a receipt via email for the purchase? Please let me know what information you need from my side (if needed).

    Our purchasing department requires a receipt of payment.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    Please follow the steps below to view it from your account:

    You can get the invoices from your account. Here is how: 

    *     Log into your JotForm account. 

    *     Click on your profile picture and then click on your username.

    *     Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. Click on View to reveal your list of invoices.

    *     Click on the "view" link on each invoice to see their details.
