Login Failed - error

    When we try to login to our account, we receive a Login Failed - Suspended error.

    We don't know why we would be getting this error.

    Please advise ASAP.

    It seems like your account was suspended.

    We have reviewed it, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use Jotform services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
