I need to cancel my premium account to downgrade it to a free account.
Only, I don't remember my password and I can't access to my account parameters.
Can you downgrade my account for me ?

You have paid your subscription with us via our gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
I have already cancelled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on August 4, 2011. Please feel free to upgrade again anytime.

How can i be absolutely sure that I won"t be charged anymore from August 4th ?

Cancelled subscriptions no longer incur monthly charges. I also personally cancelled your subscription in our payment gateway, Plimus, for you. And also confirmed it by checking the date of your downgrade here in Jotform.
If in any case that you were charged even if you have not resubscribed, please do let us know. Feel free to report the issue in Plimus or your issuing bank as well, we'd be glad to give you a full refund if such case occurs.
