The ability to use DocuSign in Approval Workflow

As of now, the approval workflow can only be signed electronically not digitally, thus, I am requesting a help in regards to change eSignature to Digital Signature(DocuSign) for approval workflow.

Approval workflow requires another recipient to approve the process:

Once approval accepted, it requires recipient to electronically sign the document: (As requested, we would want to replace eSignature to Digital Signature (DocuSign))

Alternatively, we had considered implementing digital signature(Docusign) in the form page, however, in line with our current project goals, we are required to refer the form to multiple recipient and hence, we are intending to use approval workflow as part of the solution. Not to mention, the form page can only support one digital signature (docusign) per form.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use DocuSign within Approval. However, kindly allow me to escalate this ticket as a feature request to our back-end team. While we can't guarantee that it will be implemented, if/when our team has an update for you, we will notify you through this ticket.

Regarding implementing DocuSign on the form page, as you mentioned before, it is not possible to have more than one DocuSign in a single form. There is no possible workaround to have two or more DocuSign in a single form. 

However, as a workaround, you can consider having multiple forms so you can set up different DocuSign for each different form. You can then use Prefill Forms to pre-populating form fields from other forms. 

As a user, I believe that DocuSign within Approval would be a very important feature to enhance the security system within the Jotform and therefore, more users and companies will be pleased to use this platform. I really do hope you would consider implementing this feature.
