Unfortunately, there is no way to get mentioned email address since it was never submitted to our servers. The "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender is a correct email address.
There is a chance that the issue might be related to script conflicts between form and other scripts on your page. In this case, you can use an iFrame version of the form. The iFrames do not conflict with other elements on the page.
