    How to clone my personal designed form?

    Hello,

    We run an after-school care and summer program and we have our own emergency forms. We wanted to know if you guys can imbed them for us on this website to make it easier for our parents.

    Hi, upon checking the URL of the website, I see that form is on your accoount,  in order to clone your own form, please follow this guide to clone an existing form in your account, also check this guide if you would like to clone an form from a URL.  

    To embed your form:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab while in edit mode on your form

    2. Click on the "Embed Form" button in the top toolbar


     

    3. Click the "Embed" button

     

    4. Copy the code provided

    Okay I'm sorry. What I meant, was that we have our own template and registration forms. So I wanted to know how we can upload and embed our own onto JotForm?

    From what I understood you wish to add your forms to our template gallery. If this is the case, then go to "My forms">select the preferred form. Then click "more">"share as template":

    Then edit the title, add a useful description, select a category, add useful tags:

    And finally click share form.
