I just received a form incomplete, as if a glitch did not let the form arrive complete.
The sender´s mail is missing.
Is there a way to recover the information in the form, especially the sender´s mail?

I just submitted a test in your form, and I can see it did not let me submit the form until I added the email address, since you have set up your fields as required.
However, upon inspecting your webpage, I see there are some Jquery lines that may have conflicted with the current embedded code of your form, causing the glitch. I would recommend you to embed your form using the iFrame code. Unfortunately, there would not be way for us to get that missing info.

I received the form fine. Also, I´ve been using jotform for quite a while and this is the first time I have this problem. Moreover, as soon as I got the form I tried to enter and log in into jotform.com, and the server seemed to be down. It was just a few seconds and then everything was normal, that is why I suspect some kind of glitch.
However, if I decide to use the iframe, does it work with wordpress?

Iframe seems to be the safest option as far as embedding goes, because iFrame prevents script conflicts that might otherwise render the "required field" validation non-functional.
Try it out on your end, and let us know if you still encounter any problems.
