the pricing model shows the free account is allowed a maximum number of 100 submissions or responses generated by the use of the forms.

Is that 100 PER FORM ..........or 100 a month no matter how many forms you have created?  If someone has 10 forms that's only 10 responses allowed per form.

Also do you have an affiliate program?  I might be interested in that.

Also, I'm one of the people who cannot get the user name to accept characters in order to create an account.   There doesn't seem to be a log in area either, for people who have successfully created user accounts.

    Thanks for offering this service.

    Hi Shar

    Thanks for asking.

To address your first question, it's 100 submissions per month divided among any number of forms. In other words, if you have 100 forms and 1 submission was made to each of those forms in a calendar month, your quota for that month would have been depleted but it will be automatically reset on the first day of the following month.

As to your second question, we don't currently have an affiliate program but we may (no guarantees) have one at some point in the future because more than a few users have requested this.

Thirdly, our developers have been notified of the inability to input characters in the username field when creating an account. While they are working to resolve the issue, try pressing [Alt] while attempting to enter a username. One user who experienced the problem reported that this worked. Regarding the apparent lack of a login area, have you already checked the bottom of the home page (www.jotform.com)? Some folks miss it because the standard for login is at the top of a page.

If there's anything else with which you need assistance or would just like some info on our product, please feel free to ask. Our team would be glad to help where we can.
