    Hi there,

    I'm afraid that you can't automatically email the form submission as CSV however you can download a copy of all your submissions for any individual form.  To do this, open your "My Forms" list and highlight a form by clicking it once.  The Submissions button will appear at the top of the page.  click it and you will have the submissions for that form.  Then just select the option to download as CSV;

    Hi Daniel,

    I know that this (downlod the CSV file) is available as an option. Thanks!

    I am doing this for a client and do not want him to log into my account. I felt that since you are storing the data as a CSV (therefore creating one) that it could be created and attached. This would be a nice feature for this particular client. I also use another form manager that is not at all as handy as Jot Form  and yet this form manager has this feature as a standard item. So I decided to ask as if one doesn't ask then one will never know. I also thought that it might be a nice feature to add/develope for your next upgrade.

    From a different angle - can I provied this client with a login just for his forms or to the CSV downlaod area (even better).

    Best regards,

    Hi Gary,

    It is a good idea.  I will add it to our requested features list.  However it might take some time before we can consider it.  The CSV file isn't actually saved, it is generated when you click the button.

    Sorry but there is no way to give another user limited access to your account.  i can also add that to the requested features list but I think that will be very low priority.  I'm not sure if it is an option for you, but running your own licensed version of Jotform would allow you to easily mange user account:
