    Hi team,

When I complete a form and receive the email to say it is complete half of the information is not showing in the email.

    Please see the attachment.

the picture on the left is a screenshot taken from Jotform email notification section. THe picture on the right is taken from the email I received.

The email I received is missing some of the information even though it is entered in the form and the email notification section has it showing.

    Hello Bobby,

Could you please be so kind to re-create (not duplicating) the notification email and check if the problem still persists?

    We really appreciate your collaboration.
    Best regards.

    Hi Tommaso_F,

Doesn't the email template get automatically populated when the form is completed? I have deleted the content of the email and submitted a new form but the same issue happens.

    Hello Bobby,
I cloned your form and did a submission test:

I don't have missing lines from the responder email.

To confirm, have you deleted and re-added the responder email? Does the problem still persist?

For testing purposes, could you please clone your form and check if the problem still persists?

    Regards.

    Hey,

This issue is with the Noticafaction 1 email. I have deleted and readded several time.

Your email is also missing information from the bottom part.

    It is missing:

    What training do you provide?

What is the ideal start date for your new employee?

How many people will be in the new employee's team?

Please list/bullet point the roles duties

Please list/bullet point the role key skills (Including systems and programs used)

Would you accept someone on a Visa?

Would the new employee be able to work from home?

What questions would you like applicants to answer during their recorded video interview/applicant introduction?

    Other Comments

Please select any of the below and we will do the rest

All of the above should be included in the Noticafaction 1 email.

    Thanks
