i am changed my email but the messege form forms has not recevie ? :(

Upon checking your form's notification I found that it is set to send submission emails to "email@example.com". Is this your new email address or you have changed your email address of your account profile?
If firstname.lastname@example.org is your correct email address, our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent successfully to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

You may like to check your spam folder and find out if the submission email ended up there.
If you changed your account email address, please be noted that changing your account email address will not change the email address used to receive submission emails. You will have to actually change the "Recipient Email" of your notification alert.
