    the date search is not working... why?

    May we clarify what you mean by date search? Which part of JotForm can you find this search (kindly provide the URL if possible)? May we also ask which web browser did you use?

    sorry, When i click in submissions and I try to do a custom date range in the search by time frame, no results appear.  I notice someone else in the forum has the same issue.  I really need this function.

    Hello Pamela,

    Thank you for reporting this problem.

    I have tested the custom date option and indeed, it's not showing data for the specified date range.  I have submitted a ticket to our developers regarding this.  We'll let you know once this is worked on.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is a known issue and has been reported to our developers. They will be fixing it soon, although we cannot give a specific lead time for completion. What we can assure you is that this issue will be on top our developers' priority list. You will be advised as soon as this gets fixed.
