    Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a Jotform approval workflow without it being link based. (i.e Sasha edits & approves page 1., Trevor edit & approves page. 2) Maybe possible having that inside the approve elements.

    Hi there,

Kindly elaborate your requirement as I am not very sure what you mean by "Multilevel approval without links".

    > i.e Sasha edits & approves page 1., Trevor edit & approves page. 2

Do you want two different approvers to approve/deny two different pages of the same form?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Yes, exactly that. The ability to do that without a link attached redirecting to a different form for the next approver in the email and instead having a page assigned to the approver to edit and approve through Jotform inbox instead.

    Hi Ana,

Thanks for getting back on this. May I know which form are you referring to?

It seems you're referring to the old way that we had for the approval flow. The new approval flow system gives users access to the Inbox view instead where they can approve/deny a submission.

This article talks about both of these methods. I'll recommend you to read it once.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!
