There is something wrong now. When users submit the form it will ask for a new captcha on a seconds page.
When is this happening?

There are two reasons why this is happening;
1. A conflict between your current form embed codes and website scripts that causes the form validation to stop from working. If the validation will stop, the form will trigger an error after you submit it or sometimes, the captcha won't work if you have it on the form. This can be fix by re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code
2. The user may have provided the wrong captcha. If the first attempt is not successful, the submitter will be redirected to a second page with captcha alone asking to enter the correct codes. I can say this is rare because the captcha was too easy.
Kindly try the iFrame Codes and check if the issue is still there. Please update us here for the results.
