I am trying to upgrade to jot form premium for our account, but cannot have my credit card details saved within the account because it is a business credit card. We will only need the form to be active for 2 months. How can we go about paying either the full 2 months subscription fee or paying the monthly fee twice without saving the credit card to the account?

Since we process our subscription payments through our secure gateways - Paypal - BlueSnap and FastSpring, we have to work withing predefined periods - two months for a montly subscripion would be difficult to create a package payment for.
But no matter how you chose to pay, you can always cancel the subscription any time you want.
Would you consider using paypal? This would be one way sure there is no CC on file for the subscription.
I will also consult about this and advice whether we can come up with something that might work for you.
