How do I create a signature field that can be signed with a mouse or touch screen?

The form is a job application form. A signature is required.

You can use a signature widget like smooth signature:

You can find it under Widgets.

Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.

I need some clarification about the job application form I just finished:
I can embed the form on our website or I can link it to your server?
Either way the form is stored on your server?
I have several documents that must be signed. I can convert the docs to PDF and require an electronic signature. I need them returned with the application. I’m assuming these PDF docs would be stored in the same folder as the application?
How would I attach them to the application?
I’ve read “How to use custom domains with jotform” and I get it. I don’t know if I want to do that. Depends on what your answers are.

    Thank You

    Thank you for your response.

We will gladly respond to each of the questions - however, please create a new support thread for each of the questions.

This helps us respond to you qualitatively.

I hope the signature widget worked out for you - I see it on your form.
