    The submit button is not showing up on mobile browsers

    Asked by Claykelton on February 20, 2014 at 06:04 PM

    Forms own work on mobile bc submit button not showing up.  Frustrating after you take time to fill out form that it won't submit,  therefore you lose all the info you input.

    I use Android device with chrome browser

    Thanks

    Does this happen only with the website embed form or also with the form standalone version (http://www.jotform.com/40309144241140)?

    Thank you

    It looks like your site must be optimized to show correctly the form and your page

    Please try adding the code in your HTML page, before the  </head> tag.

    <style>
    iframe, iframe#JotFormIFrame { height:550px !important; }
    </style>
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" />

    Then add the code below in your form styles (use this guide)

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) {
    iframe,.form-all { height:500px !important; } }

    You can adjust the px for max-device-width value and the iframe height until you can get the desired effect
