    I have several forms that I access throughout the week and when I click on the "submissions" button for any of the lists, the results are blank.  I get this notice:

    No results to display.

    Check your search query or time frame options.


    I've made sure that the time frame is correct but still nothing.  I thought maybe it was just a programming problem last week but it's still happening today (Monday).

    Is Jotform's having an issue are your end?

    Hi Jenna,

    We are experiencing a bug with the Submissions page in which selecting a custom timeframe does not display any results at all. A ticket has already been submitted and it shall be dealt with as soon as our development team receives the notice.

    We cannot guarantee a lead time, as of yet, but we can assure you that this will be on top of our priority list. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    In the meantime, you can view your submissions by choosing any of the preset timeframes  (All Time, Today, This Week, This Month, This Year)
