Hi, what do you mean by not updating in your website? I just submitted the form and I see it did go through. Please try to embed your form using your form´s iFrame code, this will prevent to conflict with any Jquery line of code in your site.

when I make an adjustment at jotform.com the updated form will noot change at web site.
When I use Iframe script the form is cut in half?

FYI, you are embedding your form using its source code. This means any changes made on the form builder will not automatically reflect on the embedded form unless you take your form source code again from the form builder and replace the existing source code on your page.
Now, if you'd like the form to auto-update without re-embedding the source code, just use the default script embed or the one suggested by my colleague which is iframe. But first, I'd recommend using the default script embed code. This should work just fine. Here's how you can get it.
