How can we keep update the Excel file in case the quantity of unique keys increase?

    How can we keep update the Excel file in case the quantity of unique keys increase?

    Do we have to upload a new Excel every time?

    Yes, unfortunately, if any of the data in the excel file gets changed, you need to upload that excel file again on the Spreadsheet to form widget.
