Readding options on forms

    Hello,

I am currently tracking registrations for classes that we hold. We are maxed out at 30 people per class. There are cases when someone signs up but cannot make a course so I need to open the registration on the form again so people can sign up. This is after I have deleted it as an option on the form because it was previously not an option. When I go to readd it, it creates another thread on the tracking page. I am wondering if there is a way to suspend and resume option on the form so that I do not have to delete it and readd it if I ever need to in the future. Thanks for you help with this.

    Thank you for reaching support,

To start off, can you please share with us the direct form link of the form you are referring to?

We sometimes have to go in and delete options on the registration form because we are full. However, there are times when spots will reopen and we need to reopen the option on Jotform. When I go and add another option to the form, it will populate another bar graph on the course numbers page. So essentially, there could be two different bar graphs showing the registrations from the same option. The first bar graph showing the original number and the second bar graph when we go in and have to reopen a registration. Does that make sense?

    Hi there,

Apologies, but I am really not able to follow what you are trying to accomplish on the report, please note that when a new option is added, it will create another bar, however, if you re-open a deleted option that matches your previous entries, the value/count will simply increment.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best.

    Hi,

So that is my question. How do I suspend it and then reopen it so it does not create another bar and simply adds to the one already created? We are deleting options off the form when they are not needed, but when we need to add one back it creates another bar.
