I created a templates and now it gone!

Not to supporting this site as I did create one template and now it is gone! Looks like you update the website but took away my templates. I am going to look somewhere else that when create updating should not lose what was created.

Upon checking the account username resa.thiry, I have found no logs in the ACCOUNT HISTORY for anything like form creation, customization, etc.

If you are referring to a different account, kindly share the username, email address, or Direct Form link to any of the forms associated with the account.
