Hi,
When a customer clicks on their reschedule or cancel appointment link - it directs them to login on JotForm - how do I give customers this link to allow them to cancel or reschedule?
this is for our covid test appointment.

Hello,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
You need to add the 'Edit Submission' link in the Email Autoresponder so they can edit their appointment and submit it again. To cancel the appointment, your users need to click 'x' to their selected appointment date below the Appointment field.
