Unable to format the date in the "Text" field of PDF document.

2. In the PDF "Approval Med Cert", I don't want to include days (monday tuesday etc) in the date fields in this letter, how do I change this?
3. in the same PDF, am trying to get the current date to display next to date of issue - what am I doing wrong?
4. In the same PDF, the address doesn't display well - it includes Street name, suburb, etc not just the netered details when in the text box. When I insert the field, there is a big gap and it looks silly - how do I fix this so the address only displays and not the field labels?
5. In the text, date from and to also include day names, how do I avoid this?

#2. Please note that you can select the field in the PDF document template on "PDF Editor" and change the date format. Please check the screenshot below:

#3. Do you mean to say that you want to display both the dates side by side in the PDF document? Please note that you can drag and drop the fields in desired location. Please check the screenshot below:

#4. I did check your PDF and found that you have added "Text" field in which you have added all the field name tags. Please note that you can strip the labels from the address field, and the following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/92-how-to-strip-headers-from-postal-addresses-in-email-alerts/

#5. To remove the day name from the date field, you can change the date format of the field in PDF editor, as explained above in point #3.

Please note that since you have added "Text" field in PDF document, the same steps need to the followed to strip the address label as explain in the guide. Please check the screenshot below:

Please use the following address tag in the "Text" field of a PDF document:

{address:addr_line1}

{address:city}

{address:state}

{address:postal}

Please note that in email, you can add ":Date-US" after the unique field name of the date field and it will format the date correctly. For example:

If the unique name of your date picker field is "{dateTo}", then you can format it by adding "{dateTo:Date-US}".

Unfortunately, it is not working correctly in the text field of PDF document template. I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Is there any update yet on this issue within the text field on the PDF?
