Make a form usable

I created my own form but I cannot see how to use it.

I want to complete it on an ipad and email it to my office

I will then complete it again with new data and resend.

All i get is a link to a form that I cant seem to input data.

Can you help?

You can find the direct link to your form, that you or your respondents will load on a web browser to fill and submit, on the builder page.
