I can log in but when I try to access My Forms, it just sits there. It did it in both JotFormPro and JotForm

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am unable to replicate the problem which you are having. Upon checking your account, I was able to see all the your forms under "My Forms".
It could be a temporary browser related cache issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Please do so and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
