Unable to open photos from autoresponder emails

    I am able to open photos taken through the Jotform app, or uploaded as a file, when I receive an email notification.

    No one else that receives email via autoresponder can open the images. EVen if I forward from the Jotform Inbox, the same result.

    Error they all get is Whoops! Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    Hi johnnygripfast, thank you for reaching us.

    Your account's privacy settings are set to required log-in to view uploaded files. Therefore, you will need to log in to view the uploaded file. Otherwise, you will receive the Whoops! error.

    If you do not wish to log in to view the uploaded file, you can simply uncheck the setting. You can find the settings here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
