    On my form I have a list of disclaimers toward the end and when the form is submitted to me it's not on the printed version.

    When you say "printed version" are you referring to the submissions you received over email or the PDF submission? Note that "Text" fields are not included on emails and PDF by default. If you want the text field to appear on the email message, you have to copy and paste it to your form notification on the form builder so you'll see it on every email notifications.
